The Process Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving continuous and sustainable improvement projects in the manufacturing plant. They demonstrate proficiency in continuous improvement production principles and leverages them to lead high-impact projects that improve Safety, that remove disengaging tasks to improve Employee Engagement, that improve Delivery, that reduce Cost, and that unlock plant Capacity. The Process Improvement Engineer will work closely with the Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager, plant leadership, and the Plant Controller to identify these projects.
This position is responsible for directing activities within the Regulatory Affairs department and throughout the company to ensure continued compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and food safety standards. This person will be a key leader within the company, setting objectives, goals, and strategies throughout the organization. The incumbent will manage compliance activities relating to regulatory affairs at Amy’s Kitchen on a corporate level with facilities located in Santa Rosa, CA, Medford, OR and Pocatello, ID. The incumbent will work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Food Safety/Quality Systems, and Legal Team in addition to several other departments at Amy’s and various external entities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements both domestic and international. This position will oversee and help support compliance efforts for third party and customer requirements. Staff members in the Regulatory Affairs Department, including the Certifications Manager, and Policy/Procedures Development Administrator, will report to the Sr. Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Manager.
This position will be a hybrid remote position.
The Senior Finance Manager has a key role within the finance team, responsible for leading the development of financial plans, forecasts, reporting, and analyses to drive timely visibility to results and outlooks. They are responsible for providing insights, perspective, and decision support to business partners and leaders to enable informed, fact-based decisions related to the company’s financial and operational performance. The person in this position will also partner across the finance and accounting team to support key projects and initiatives and to evolve systems, processes, policies, and procedures. This position will be accountable for supporting elements of financial reporting, financial reconciliations and accruals, bank analyses, and external reporting.
Provide support to maintain and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment by performing the following duties.

The People Technology Administrator and Analyst is one of the subject matter experts for the Amy’s People Technology Systems (UKG) and other related people technology platforms. This role is responsible for supporting the management and optimization efforts for our People Technology Systems (PTS), including responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of the systems, providing technical support to end-users, and elevating complex issues when necessary. This role is also responsible for analyzing people data to provide insights and recommendations to the People Team and the business.
This position is responsible for the plant implementation of Food Safety Programs including, HACCP, and GFSI compliance, and sensory leadership. This position provides direct supervisory oversight of Supplier Quality Specialist, Sensory and QA Raw Materials staffing. This individual works closely with members of Plant Management, Food Safety and Sensory, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, R&D, Culinary, and Sourcing and leads the Food Safety/ Team. This position is designated as the SQF Practitioner. This position is also designated as Deputy to the Quality Manager. In this individual’s absence, the Quality Manager will assume responsibilities.
The position is on second shift, 12:30pm-9:30pm.
This position is responsible for supervising day-to-day shift operations of the Sanitation Department. Duties include supervision of sanitation personnel, ensure proper sanitation of all equipment, plant, and grounds, and ensuring all required paperwork gets properly completed on time. Shift scheduling, timekeeping and allocation of resources are essential daily activities. Leads their respective teams in the Environmental Monitoring program, working with Quality Assurance, Production, and Maintenance to ensure a healthy plant environment. Supervisors must maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with employee safety and food safety standards.
Join our Maintenance Team in Santa Rosa! The Mechanic II will perform routine equipment and facility repairs and service while complying with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Shift: 3rd Shift 10PM - 6:30AM.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00
The Associate Sourcing Specialist provides operational and tactical support to sourcing category teams. Primary areas of focus include raw material and supplier approvals, non-approved inventory resolution, supplier management support, data and contract accuracy, and basic project management.
Operate machine(s) as defined in the Machine Operator Manual following all safety procedures. Adjust machinery when operating and ensures machine adjustments or changes of materials is completed in a timely manner. The Operator must demonstrate a detailed understanding of the quality requirements for the product being produced and able to make adjustments as necessary to achieve maximum quality. These positions have a direct effect on the quality of our products. The Operator performs minor preventative maintenance (PMs) as necessary evaluates upstream and downstream line dependencies and communicates changes to other operators or line personnel. This requires strong leadership and demonstrated skills to maintain upstream and downstream line equipment in harmony. Operator evaluates throughput problems and bottlenecks and makes reasonable recommendations to solve the problem. Reports any problem with the equipment or supplies to their Supervisor, Shift Lead or Team Leader. Troubleshoots equipment effectively, appropriately seeks assistance of a trained Mechanic and explains equipment problems to the mechanic and ask questions if necessary.
Equipment typically operated by a Machine Operator II includes:
- Labeler
- Sollich Conbar Slabbing Line
- Candy Auto Cutting System
This role may be used as a training prerequisite for a higher level Machine Operator position.
Shift:7PM - 430AM
Pay: $19.92/Hour + $1.50 Shift Differential = $21.42/Hour
Receive, store, and issue spare parts and supplies for industrial equipment and facility repair. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean parts rooms.
2nd Shift - 2:30 or 3:00 to 11:00 or 11:30.
Amy's Kitchen is seeking individuals to assist in the preparation of raw materials and work-in-progress items used in our food production process.
