We are inclusive, people-focused and love what we do. If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk about welcoming you to our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Details:

The Drive Thru Intern is assigned targeted projects for our Amy's Drive Thru's that add value in creating Safety SOP, Operating SOP, Human Resources and Payroll (People Department) SOP, LSM SOP and other SOPs around critical Drive Thru initiatives. The internship program is full-time work for a seasonal period (typically 8-10 weeks), so the projects need to be selected to allow the Intern to lead them through to completion during their time at Amy’s.  Most of the Intern’s work will be assigned by their manager; however, the Intern can propose additional value-added projects to work on that should be reviewed and approved in advance by the manager.  At the conclusion of the Intern’s season at Amy’s, they will present deliverables, key learnings, and any pending next steps for each of their projects to the Drive Thru leadership team and to any other impacted stakeholders (both internal and external to the Drive Thru).
