The Amy's Talent Acquisition team is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. The Talent Acquisition team employs various strategies such as creative job ads, recruitment events, and networking to identify potential candidates. Additionally, we often collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The overarching goal is to refresh all recruitment-focused marketing materials, both for internal and external audiences. By doing so, we will provide our Talent Acquisition team with the necessary resources to promote Amy’s distinctive employee value proposition, available positions, growth opportunities, referral program, and more. Additionally, this effort will assist prospective candidates and current Amy’s employees seeking career advancement or wanting to refer friends by ensuring they have access to the essential information and resources they need.

EDUCATION

  • Attending college or university to attain a degree or already awarded a degree from a college or university.
  • Education that primarily focuses on Marketing, Branding and Communication.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, project leadership, analytical, and reasoning skills.
  • Self-starter and a team player that will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience with various platforms to creatively create marketing materials 
  • Experience working with Adobe Suite and Canva would be considered an asset

 

SKILLS

 

Language Skills

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
  • Ability to make effective presentations on complex topics to plant management and other stakeholders.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish would be considered an asset 

 

Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
  • Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis

 

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
