The Director of Regional Accounts, as a member of the Amy’s Leadership Group and the Customer & Consumer Leadership Team, is focused on achieving the family’s vision for the company by supporting and executing People, Planet and Performance strategies on the business. The Director of Regional Accounts has overall responsibility for providing leadership and direction of the Regional Accounts team that includes Albertsons, Publix, HEB, Meijer, Raleys, Wegmans, Hy-Vee, etc.; developing strong collaborative relationships with strategic customer partners; exhibiting the Amy’s leadership competencies: including selecting, developing and engaging team members; and leading the strategic planning, implementation, and execution of the customer business plans for Amy’s portfolios. The Director will work with their team in partnership with cross functional partners in identifying optimal distribution and promotional strategies, priorities, growth objectives, and ensuring the overall success of the portfolio in these customers. As an Amy’s face-to-the-customer, they must “live and breathe” the values of the company and demonstrate a commitment to leading with humility and collaboration. Ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with the ability to coach and mentor team members, who understands how to build high performing teams, and strong collaborative partnerships with customers.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The Director is challenged to establish ambitious but achievable sales expectations, grow existing business, and build sustainable business relationships in highly competitive customers, while aligning with the mission and core values of Amy’s within stated profitability goals and the needs of the customers. This requires the ability to inspire the Regional Account team, and to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation to effectively manage relationships, the details of the daily business operations, and long-term strategic customer plan. The Director must be able to communicate to the customer and within our company in an open and honest, transparent, and authentic way.

Bay area California Compensation Range: $162,400 - $243,600
