The Vice President, Technology Officer leads the development and evolution of the company’s technology strategy and ensures alignment with the strategic priorities of the business. This role is responsible for all aspects of delivering technological solutions for the organization and guiding the business to ensure solutions are optimized from conception through implementation. This leader is responsible for developing, coaching, and guiding a team of individuals responsible for support, security, development, implementation and maintenance. The advancement of platforms and capabilities related to master data, reporting, and analytics is a key expectation of the technology team. This leader is a key member of the Amy’s leadership team.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position supervises the Information Technology organization, with at least 2 direct reports: the Director of IT Strategy and Business Solutions, and the Director of IT
Services and Operations. The extended IT organization is approximately 30 team members.

Education
Experience
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and data, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
