Bay area California compensation range: $18 - 23 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Details:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Intern to assist with the creation and optimization of sales materials and conduct competitive analysis for Amy's product categories. In this role, you will help improve sales enablement materials. You will also research key strengths and weaknesses of competitors, focusing on product categories like Entrée, Soup, Handhelds, and Pizza, to develop comprehensive presentations that highlight Amy's brand strengths and reasons to buy (RTBs). This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Assist in the creation and optimization of sales enablement materials, including product brochures and sell sheets, to support strategic sales objectives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on key product categories (Entrée, Soup, Handhelds, and Pizza), comparing Amy's products to competitor offerings and RTBs (Reasons to Buy).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and produce final deliverables for each major product category.
  • Project mentorship with the Marketing leadership.
  • Other projects/responsibilities as assigned.

Education

  • Attending four-year college or university to attain a Marketing Bachelor's or Master’s degree; or already awarded Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.

Experience

  • Previous internship experience in marketing or sales field highly preferred.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, project leadership, and reasoning skills.
  • Self-starter and a team player that will thrive in an adapting and entrepreneurial environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Research and analysis skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites.

Language Skills

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
  • Ability to make effective presentations on complex topics to plant management and other stakeholders.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
