The Process Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving continuous and sustainable improvement projects in the manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for directing activities within the Regulatory Affairs department and throughout the company to ensure continued compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and food safety standards. This person will be a key leader within the company, setting objectives, goals, and strategies throughout the organization. The incumbent will manage compliance activities relating to regulatory affairs at Amy’s Kitchen on a corporate level with facilities located in Santa Rosa, CA, Medford, OR and Pocatello, ID. The incumbent will work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Food Safety/Quality Systems, and Legal Team in addition to several other departments at Amy’s and various external entities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements both domestic and international. This position will oversee and help support compliance efforts for third party and customer requirements. Staff members in the Regulatory Affairs Department, including the Certifications Manager, and Policy/Procedures Development Administrator, will report to the Sr. Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Manager.   This position will be a hybrid remote position.

The Line Performance Technician is a key member of the manufacturing team responsible for executing their production or packaging line’s key performance targets while ensuring, Quality, People and Food Safety requirements are being maintained. They seek to maximize efficiency and productivity while minimizing waste. They are responsible for coordinating, controlling, and tracking material usage and for performing adjustments and troubleshooting of equipment and processes to maintain a consistent flow and pace to assembly and packaging line activities.   Pay: $19.92/Hour  Shift: 1st Monday - Friday 6AM - 230PM

This role is responsible for supporting the management and optimization efforts for our People Technology Systems (PTS), including responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of the systems, providing technical support to end-users, and elevating complex issues when necessary. This role is also responsible for analyzing people data to provide insights and recommendations to the People Team and the business.

Provide support to maintain and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment by performing the following duties. Shift: 1st  Pay: $37.50-$53.50

The primary purpose of this position is to lead engineering activities for plant operations. This individual will be key member of plant leadership team and will help set strategic direction for the plant operations. As an Engineering Manager this individual will lead, coach and develop plant engineering, maintenance and other technical resources. Key accountabilities include, plant capital management, existing asset and infrastructure reliability and management, and brand protection by providing technical leadership in human and food safety and sustainability initiatives.

Operate machine(s) as defined in the Machine Operator Manual following all safety procedures. Adjust machinery when operating and ensures machine adjustments or changes of materials is completed in a timely manner. The Operator must demonstrate a detailed understanding of the quality requirements for the product being produced and able to make adjustments as necessary to achieve maximum quality.  These positions have a direct effect on the quality of our products.  The Operator performs minor preventative maintenance (PMs) as necessary  evaluates upstream and downstream line dependencies and communicates changes to other operators or line personnel.  This requires strong leadership and demonstrated skills to maintain upstream and downstream line equipment in harmony. Operator evaluates throughput problems and bottlenecks and makes reasonable recommendations to solve the problem.  Reports any problem with the equipment or supplies to their Supervisor, Shift Lead or Team Leader. Troubleshoots equipment effectively, appropriately seeks assistance of a trained  Mechanic and explains equipment problems to the mechanic and ask questions if necessary.   Equipment typically operated by a Machine Operator II includes: - Labeler - Sollich Conbar Slabbing Line - Candy Auto Cutting System   This role may be used as a training prerequisite for a higher level Machine Operator position.   Shift:7PM - 430AM Pay: $19.92/Hour + $1.50 Shift Differential = $21.42/Hour
